"Honestly, the variety kind of won me over"
I went on koch-co.com looking for one thing, but the range was so good that I kept finding other stuff I wanted too. It just felt nice having plenty of options instead of having to settle, and I ended up feeling really happy with what I found.

For what I paid, I feel like it was a good deal. I wasn’t expecting anything super premium or overnight shipping, so I can’t really complain too much. The delivery could’ve been a little faster, but overall the value was fair and I’d say I got what I needed.

Everything showed up packed really neatly, and safely, with no issues at all. I was happy with how secure it all felt.

Checkout was quick and easy, which feels weirdly rare these days. No random errors, no endless forms, no surprise nonsense popping up at the end. I just paid and moved on with my life. More sites should really figure this out.

The staff were really helpful when I had a couple of questions. They got back to me with clear answers, and it didn’t feel like I was bothering them or anything. It wasn’t totally perfect, but overall it was a good experience, a good experience with them.

I had a good experience with koch-co.com overall. The site was easy enough to figure out, and my order went through without any drama — which, is always what I’m hoping for. Everything showed up as expected, and I didn’t run into any real issues. I remember thinking, “Okay, that was simple,” and that’s kind of all I wanted. I’d definitely use them again.

I ordered after checking the product photos and it was pretty much like I thought it would be. Quality seems good, and the colors matched ok too. Delivery was no problem. Giving 4 stars cause one item looked a little bit different in person, but nothing major

I needed a few parts and was relieved they actually had them in stock. My brother had checked a couple other sites for me and everything was on backorder, so this saved us a good bit of time. Checkout was simple and the order went through without any issues. I’d definitely use them again.

I’ve ordered from Koch & Co a few times now, and they’ve become one of those places I feel confident going back to when I need seasonal supplies. Their Christmas pieces, ribbons, vases, and decor are easy to browse, and there’s always a really solid range to choose from without feeling like you have to hunt too hard.
Delivery has been quick for me, and everything arrived well packed and in good condition, which is always reassuring. The prices feel fair too, especially for the quality and variety, so I’ll definitely keep checking in whenever I’m planning for a new season or event.

"Great range of florist supplies"
I’ve been ordering from Koch & Co for our little flower shop it’s been bloody handy. They’ve got heaps of ribbons, wrapping, vases, foam bits and all that other florist stuff in one place, so I’m not running around like an idiot trying to find things. Prices seem fair too, and I can usually find what I need without too much messing about. Happy with it so far

My order wasn’t quite right at the start, nothing huge, just one of those annoying little issues. I reached out to support, and they got back to me and fixed it up. It did take a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but in the end it all got sorted, so I can’t complain too much.
